Drain the cooling system.

Position a container to collect the fluid spillage.

Disconnect the radiator upper hose from the thermostat.   Release the clip.

Disconnect the heater hose from the thermostat.   Release from the clip.

.

Disconnect the engine inlet hose from the thermostat.   Release the clip.

.

Disconnect the radiator lower hose from the thermostat.   Release the clip.

.

Disconnect the coolant expansion tank hose from the thermostat.   Release the clip.

.

Remove the thermostat.   Disconnect the coolant hose from the thermostat.

.

Remove the container.

.

Install the thermostat.   Connect the coolant hose to the thermostat.   Secure with the clip.

Connect the coolant expansion tank hose to the thermostat.   Secure with the clip.

.

Connect the radiator lower hose to the thermostat.   Secure with the clip.

.

Connect the engine inlet hose to the thermostat.   Secure with the clip.

.

Connect the heater hose to the thermostat.   Secure with the clip.

.

Connect the radiator upper hose to the thermostat.   Secure with the clip.   Position the radiator upper hose to the cooling fan shroud.

.

Refill and bleed the cooling system.
